- How does the Daily Deal work?
- Each Daily Deal is offered for a limited time only, or until it sells out. To purchase a Daily Deal, simply click on the Buy button. New customers will need to create a login. Then, enter your billing and shipping information. Your Daily Deal certificate(s), which you will use to redeem the offers, will be sent in the mail.
- These deals sound too good to be true – what’s the catch?
- Really, there is no catch, only great savings!
- What is the shipping cost?
- Shipping & handling is currently $1.50, regardless of how many certificates are ordered.
- How will I know if my order has been processed?
- We will send you a confirmation email with your order details. You can also view your order’s shipping status by logging in to the Daily Deal and viewing your profile.
- When will I receive my Daily Deal certificate(s)?
- Certificates are generally shipped within 24 hours after an order is placed and usually arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS.
- Do the offers have an expiration date?
- Most of our deals expire at some point, so please be sure to read the deal terms carefully. For offers listed on our site, you can find this information in the Offer Details section, under The Fine Print. The deal terms will also be printed on the certificate you receive in the mail.
- What is your return policy?
- Unused certificates may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping & handling. - Is my credit card information safe?
- Yes. All of your personal information, including your credit card information, is transmitted via SSL. We do not store your credit card data on our server.
