I had somewhat of an emergency and took my car in due to a flat tire. It took about 90 minutes for them to fit me in, but they fixed it at no charge due to a warranty I had because of purchasing the tires at a Merchants. I was very pleased with this shop. I was impressed with how well an employee handled an irate customer. Though there are two sides to every story, I heard enough to know the customer was way out of line. The employee remained remarkably calm and very professional. Based on what I saw today, I would recommend this shop. I was on the lookout for issues from other reviews and saw no problems here.

I got my 2 new tires in less than half an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Good price for tires and balance/rotation. My favorite part about this place is that they sold me exactly what I asked for and didn't try to push anything else on me.

I returned from vacation to a rainy day that required having my car jumped twice so I could make it to an interview AND exiting the interview, I found a flat tire.
Tow guy changed the tire to a spare and I made to the local NTB. These guys could have sold me a new tire but discovered I'd only lost the valve! Total cost? $25! And kind wishes for me on my interview.
